I was there this morning around 9 and Katie asked if I've ever been there and I said no. First time. I've never gotten a spray tan and wanted to try it out. She spoke to me for about 30 minutes explaining step by step how to do and what to expect. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Thank you Katie for being so patient and polite the whole time. Got a membership. Oh and my spray tan looks AMAZING!

I have been a member at PBT for many years. The team members have always been super helpful and I've had great experiences. Today was just extra nice! I usually bring a bag with all of my lotions and goggles, I didnt have it today (drove a different car). Mikayla helped me pick out a reasonable lotion (since I already have lots!), and I got a backup set of goggles. We talked about the new red-light therapy that's coming and she showed me the face light that is already available. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly!
